The information requested is set out below:
Issue
The submitted plans indicate existing and new structures within the Currawong Crescent road reserve and within the “pathway” reserve located adjacent to the southern boundary of the subject site and between the subject site and Lot 367 on P93115. These structures have the potential to impact on existing buried services and impede access to these buried services for future maintenance purposes.
Information Required
Provide evidence that the original structure and the 2003 renovation have been approved
Provide plans that indicate the horizontal and vertical clearances from the existing and proposed new structures to the buried services within the area of the works.
Provide written approval from the relevant service authorities for the existing and proposed new works
Provide additional comment on how access to the services within the Currawong Crescent road reserve and within the “pathway” reserve will be maintained in the future
Issue
The submitted engineering report make reference to the structural integrity of the parking structure in the road reserve but does not mention the new bin/scooter structure or the structure extending into  the “pathway” reserve. The engineering report also does not mention if the structures in the road reserve create a safety hazard for other road users.
Information Required
Provide an amended engineering report that includes:
the new bin/scooter structure and the structure extending into  the “pathway” reserve, and
certification that the structures in the road reserve do not create a safety hazard for other road users
