RE: Noosa Blue 16 Noosa Drive, Noosa Heads (Lots 208, 301 & 302 on
SP120748) - Other Change to 12509TC.01 – multiple dwelling units
(65), indoor sport and recreation, shop, office and food and drink outlet.


 The application seeks an ‘other change’ to development approval 12509TC for the
 expansion of the existing indoor sport and recreation use within lots 208 and 302, as well
 as changing use of Lot 301 from Car Rental (Hertz) to allow for either a shop / office and/or
 indoor sport and recreation use.
 The Figures below show site identification, Building Unit Plans, and proposed and existing
 plans.
