Attention: Assessment Manager

I have reviewed the plans for the car wash at Cooroy and I fully support this application because I understand the environmental benefits of using a commercial car wash and also know that having the car wash on a main street will be convenient for the community and save us having to make a special trip into the industrial area. Also, I really don’t think that we should be directing the general public into the industrial area as most would not be aware of unique nature of the traffic within an industrial area and this could be a public safety issue.
