    · Future landscaping works/plantings maximise the use of locally indigenous, low
         flammability species and or low density plantings of suitable open forest /woodland
         species with low bark shedding characteristics. Landholders should consult their local
         native plant nursery for suitable species selection;
    · Surface fuels and woody regrowth be controlled in all APZ’s to maintain a low fuel load
         environment. Roof tops, roof gutters and other areas of the dwellings and including
         ancillary infrastructure such as garden sheds be regularly inspected, and debris
         removed to reduce the risk of spot fires developing in the properties during a bushfire
         event;
    · No mulched garden beds be present within 3m of buildings or part thereof located in
         the confirmed bushfire hazard areas on Figure 3. Organic mulch can be substituted
         for inorganic materials such as pebbles or rocks;
    · All driveways, roads and access routes be cleared to a minimum of 6m width and 4m
         vertical height and be constructed to NSC standard; and
    · A suitably qualified and experienced AQF Level 5 arborist assess the hazard
         associated with any trees that are to be retained within their fall distance (including
         canopy limbs overhanging) of driveways, roads and access routes upon their
         construction. Any identified hazardous trees/limbs are to be removed along with a
         general dead wooding program undertaken prior to the use of the site commencing.
         The arborist assessment should include a program of dead wooding along the routes,
         where applicable, for the life of the development.
