1.4 Bushfire Hazard Overlay Mapping – Noosa Plan 2019
The Noosa Plan 2019 Bushfire Hazard Overlay mapping identifies the following Bushfire Hazard
Areas within the site (refer to Plate 2):
· High Potential Bushfire Intensity;
· Medium Potential Bushfire Intensity; and
· Potential Impact Buffer.

1.5 State Planning Policy
The Queensland Government’s State Planning Policy (SPP) bushfire prone area mapping identifies
the following Bushfire Intensity Areas within the site (refer to Plate 3):
· Very High Potential Bushfire Intensity;
· Medium Potential Bushfire Intensity; and
· Potential Impact Buffer.
