               1.     PROPOSAL
               The applicant seeks to change the existing approval for the purpose of undertaking major
               renovations to Unit 2, increasing the upper-level deck/entrance of Unit 1, and realigning the
               boundaries of the existing community title allotments.
               The changes predominately relate to Unit 2. It is proposed that Unit 2 will be partially demolished
               to allow for a second storey, new driveway access, and garage off Avocet Parade with a deck over
               the garage.
               The extent of changes proposed relating to Unit 1 involves replacement and extension to upper-
               level deck.
               The proposed changes do not comply with road and side boundary setbacks.
               The locality and proposal plan are included below.
