Please see below information request response from client:



The attached Site and Soil Evaluation Report provides all the required information requested in the Councils information request.

Page 3 in the report provides a detailed drone pic of the existing shed, proposed primary and secondary dwellings. The pic clearly shows the access road on the site to both proposed dwellings.

The drone pic also shows both sites are clear. Please note: no trees or vegetation on the entire site will need to be removed. No upgrades to the existing access road will be required. Council plumbing has met with our plumber on-site and has approved the effluent/waste-management location on-site.

The attached pics also show the driveway down the site to the primary dwelling and the other pic shows the entry drive where the secondary dwelling is located marked on the ground parallel to the entry driveway.
