Issue
The proposal includes utilizing part of the nearby church site to provide for parking. Council has concerns with the formation of the car parking area and ensuring that the parking is available for the proposed use.
Information Required
Provide additional information in regard to the formation and condition of the current car parking area and whether it is intended to improve the existing formation.
Issue
The supporting documentation refers to members of U3A using the Masonic Hall for the purpose of yoga classes, dancing etc. It is unclear as to how this activity impacts on car parking in the area and whether the use of this hall should be included as part of the application.

Information Required
Clarification of the use of the Masonic Hall, including but not limited to:
Types of activities for which U3A is using the Masonic hall;
The number of persons attending each activity;
Amount of car spaces available
