Hi,

On behalf of the company we would like to submit our approval for the proposed car wash.

The sustainable approach to the building and their honest communication from day one has impressed us.

 The innovative approach will no doubt appeal to the wider region of 4wd and caravan enthusiasts. Bringing more people to the town of cooroy is a great opportunity for the local community.

Noise shouldn't be a factor as I'm sure the train and the commercial neighbours are louder or just as loud.

Our only feedback would be that:

Council ensures the build is aesthetically pleasing as possible (which it seems like it will be).

That there was some consideration for third party signage as we would be blocked completely by this build.
