        Increase the waste storage area

In response to Council’s information request items our response is provided below:

ISSUE 1 – PROPOSAL PLANS
The proposal plans provided with the application material require further information and/or clarification, including:
     The gross floor area of the Food and Drink Outlet tenancies is unclear.
     Evidence that the proposal will not result in overlooking of adjoining properties.
     The application material has only provided north/south section plans. Additional section plans showing the
        east/west sections are required.

Information Required
    1. Provide amended proposal plans clearly indicating the ‘use area’ and kitchen areas of each of the Food and Drink
       Outlet tenancies. It is noted that toilets provided within the development for the use of patrons only are not
       considered ‘public toilets’.
    2. Provide View Line plans that clearly identify any potential overlooking into the private open space areas of the
       adjoining property to the west. Mitigation measure must also be proposed / provided for any potential
       overlooking.
    3. Provide east/west section plans for the below areas of the development:
