 INTRODUCTION
RECOR has been engaged to prepare a Stormwater Management Report to accompany a development application
for A recreation and camping facility located at 59 Kabi Road, Cootharaba, located in the Noosa Shire Council local
government area, which is made up of real property allotments Lot 7 RP 216403, Lot 394 M 371117 and Lot 650 M
37380. The proposed development will result in a reception and central hall building, 3 accommodation villages
and recreational areas including activity fields and the extension of an existing dam to create a canoe run.

This report investigates the stormwater management considerations for the proposed development site and
assesses how the run-off from the site is to be managed in accordance with Noosa Shire Council requirements for
stormwater drainage.

This document has been prepared with consideration for the following specifications, guidelines and reports:

     •    Water Sensitive Urban Design Technical Guidelines for Southeast Queensland

     •    State Planning Policy 2017

     •    Queensland Urban Drainage Manual (QUDM)
