LOCAL GOVERNMENT PROVISIONS

The Noosa Plan 2020 came into effect on 31 July 2020 and incorporated Bushfire Hazard Overlay Mapping, Overlay Code
and Bushfire Hazard Planning Scheme Policy. An Assessment has also been conducted against the applicable Overlay Code.


SITE ASSESSMENT

An onsite inspection and assessment were conducted at 36 Riverpark Drive, Ringtail Creek on 17 January, 2022 to observe and
record the relevant information to determine the bushfire hazard in accordance with the requirements of the Noosa Plan 2020


Vegetation

The Public Safety Business Agency (PSBA) State-wide Bushfire Hazard (Bushfire Prone Area) mapping identifies the original
vegetation on and about this site as Regional Ecosystem (RE) 12.3.2 Eucalyptus grandis tall open forest on alluvial plains.
