This letter is in support of the second stage of the Essence development         at 215 David Low Way
Peregian Beach. I have been watching this site for some time and have seen Stage 1 being the IGA
centre constructed    and it is a quality development      and a great asset for Peregian.



I have seen the latest MCU plans and believe the design and use is a great result for this location.
The need for both short stay and permanent        living is required here in Peregian Beach.




I would welcome this development       as it potentially   offers so much to local tourism for the Noosa
region and provide employment       during construction      and then further employment     opportunities
