Hi Wendy,

I can advise that, as the Unitywater Minor Certifier for the proposed subdivision at 29 Currawong Cres, Peregian Beach I can confirm the following: - 

1.	I am unable to process the Unitywater assessment and draft approval documentation until the Council RAL has been finalised; and
2.	I have reviewed the water and sewer connection design that has been completed by Crocker and Associated and I can confirm that I do not foresee any problems with Unitywater issuing an approval for this proposed subdivision.
