Hi Lisa, thank you for your written response to our recent MCU Application.
We are writing to request an extension to our reply. It has been difficult to obtain all the necessary information over this short period of time due to covid and the fact that everyone is extremely bust over this period.

Morning Brian,
Please find attached Councils information request for the minor change application that we have lodged.
 
The request  requires a further information about stormwater and landscaping as well as changes to the plan relating to an increased setbacks as well as  staging plan.
 
The other issue that Council is seeking assurances of , is that you have discussed the proposed works in the common areas with the Body Corporate  so they are aware of what is proposed and when it will occur. 
 
Will you please advise if  you want me to pass the information request on to the relevant consultants or whether you will do that yourself?
