Dear Sir/Madam,

To be read in association with the stormwater management plan drawing No. 3497-19 for 164 Edwards
Street, Sunshine Beach.

The flow runoff calculations in drawing No.3497-19 show little difference between pre and post
development, hence along with the current surrounding site conditions, the stormwater runoff will not
adversely affect the neighbouring properties from both the roof water and any overland flows.

As indicated in Figure 1, Edwards Street is below both the subject lot and the neighbouring lots. The
current road profile directs the storm water across it into the opposing road gutter. This results in any
stormwater directed away from both the subject site and the neighbouring downhill site.
