                       (b) neutralising existing acidity
                           and preventing the
                           generation of acid and metal
                           contaminants using
                           strategies documented in
                           the Soil Management
                           Guidelines; and
                       (c) preventing the release of
                           surface or groundwater
                           flows containing acid and
                           metal contaminants into the
                           environment.
