Dear Sir/Madam
Information Request
Planning Act 2016
I refer to your application and advise that Council requires further information to satisfactorily assess the proposal.
application details
Application No.	MCU21/0049
Street Address:	26 Little Springs Lane Lake Macdonald Qld 4563
Real Property Description:	Lot 4 RP 905954
Planning Scheme:	Noosa Plan 2020 (25 September 2020)
INFORMATION REQUIRED
The information requested is set out below:
Issue
The supplied Bushfire Risk Assessment and Bushfire Management Plan states the applicable FDI for the site is 50. The bushfire attack modelling uses a FDI of 40 and makes recommendations for the building to a BAL19 based on the separation distance from the hazard. There is concern the separation distances will not achieve a setback of less than 19kW/m2 from the hazard when using the FDI of 50.
Information Required
Provide a revised Bushfire Assessment and Bushfire Risk Management Plan which uses the FDI of 50 to determine the required setback to achieve a tolerable or acceptable risk from the hazardous vegetation.
Issue
No scalable or separate clearing plan has been supplied. A clearing plan is needed to determine the full extent of clearing and to enable approval of the extent of clearing.
Information Required
Provide a scalable clearing plan, with dimensions, based on the submitted site plan A104 dated 24/10/2020
