F.      Appoint the Mayor and Cr Jackson as Council’s representatives on the proposed Sustainable
        Tourism Stakeholder Reference Group.

That Council note the report by the Asset Planning Coordinator to the Services & Organisation
Committee Meeting dated 6 June 2017 providing an update on the status of the projects currently
being delivered in the 2016/17 Capital Works Program, and endorse the name change of the Capital
Works Project Control Group to Capital Works Executive.

That Council note the report by the Asset Planning Coordinator to the Services & Organisation
Committee Meeting dated 8 November 2016 providing an update on the status of the projects
currently being delivered in the 2016/17 Capital Works Programme and:
A.      Note that Council has achieved 36% of actuals and commitments compared to total budget as
        at 28 October 2016,
B.      Endorse the establishment of a Project Control Group to assist in the coordination of the
        delivery of the Capital Works Programme; and
C.      Nominate Crs. Pardon & Glasgow as members of the Project Control Group.

in the role of a Councillor.
