       As the subject site is not located within a ‘management area’ as identified by the SPP Interactive
       Mapping, the proposal does not require assessment against the SPP requirements for
       ‘emissions and hazardous actives’.

       State Interest—Natural Hazards

       The subject site is identified on the SPP Interactive Mapping System as being included within a
       flood hazard area. The Noosa Heads Natural Hazard: Landslide & Flooding Overlay (Map OM6.3
       mapping shows that the site is not within a flooded area. The proposal does not require
       assessment against the SPP requirements for ‘Natural Hazards’.

       State Interest—Energy and water supply

       The subject site is not affected by any state infrastructure facilities.

       State Interest—Transport Infrastructure

       The subject site is not located in proximity to any state transport infrastructure and as such the
       proposal does not require assessment against the State Planning Policy Requirements for ‘State
       Transport Infrastructure.’

       State Interest—Strategic Airports and Aviation Facilities

       The subject site is not located in proximity to any Strategic Airports and Aviation Facilities and as
       such does not require assessment against the State Planning Policy Requirements for ‘Strategic
       airports and aviation facilities’.
