19 submissions were received during the consultation period, including 13 residents, 3
community groups and 3 business/industry groups - representing only a modest community
response to the draft policy.
A number of submissions reflected residents’ general views on events, rather than the content of
the policy specifically. Others provided detailed feedback on the policy wording. A table outlining
the range of issues raised is including as Attachment 1, with key themes further discussed
below.
