awning fascia sign means any advertising device painted on, or otherwise attached to,
the front or end face of an awning or canopy structure that does not extend above or
below the fascia of the awning or canopy structure.




balloon sign means any shape, form or thing filled with gas or air and used to attract
attention to a business or place.




banner sign means any decorative flags, pennants or streamers connected by thread,
rope, wire, or any flexible materials.




billboard means any advertising device having a sign face area larger than 4m2.
