Hi Glen,

Reference is made to the above Information Request. Attached is our amended response to Council’s Information Request regarding stormwater management and vehicle manoeuvring for the Duplex development at 12 Stevens Street, Sunshine Beach. Engineering designs have been amended to suit Councils concerns regarding vehicle parking/manoeuvring as discussed on Monday the 6th July 2015.
