Hayley,

 

As discussed,  Council’s specialists have been reviewing your
information response and our engineer, Monkeith Kadhum, still has
concerns with the topography getting into the site.  He advises the
response to item 3 is inadequate and requests you provide a full
response, stating:

 

It is essential that a complete and comprehensive response to this Item
be provided, particularly regarding adequate ground clearance (no
bottoming) for an Articulated Vehicle along the traveling paths.  The
response to this Item must be certified and signed by suitably qualified
RPEQ (eg traffic engineer).  

 

Dependent on the response to this item, a more detailed response to Item
5 may also be required.

 

You are requested to provide this information (or advise otherwise)
asap.
