The Decision Making Period needs to be extended in order for the matter to be considered at the September round of meetings, accordingly can you please if you are agreeable to extending the decision making period until 16 September 2021.

I was just speaking with Andrew and we wanted to see if the IA can be under the landowner name ‘MACMARTIN INVESTMENTS PTY LTD A.C.N. 613 605 968’ PO Box 205 Peregian Beach QLD 4573? 
 
Andrew is the sole director that company ,so can sign off on the IA.
 
However, If has to be an individual, then the details in your email are correct.

We are currently preparing the IA and will send through shortly.
 
Whilst you have requested that contributions be made for 2 car parking spaces we are seeking for payment in lieu of 3 car parking spaces.
 
The reports for the August round of meetings are due this week and therefore it won’t be going up in August, accordingly it is likely to go to the September round of Council meetings.

Further to a recent phone discussion, I was just looking for an update on the progress of the application? From our discussion you indicated that you would be sending through some updates to the Infrastructure Agreement deed for our consideration. Please send through when available?
 
You also indicated the IA would need to go to the Council meeting for sign off. Can you provide an indication to which meeting you are targeting and the likely date for decision following that?
