       the majority of the land, this land has been included within Weyba Nature Reserve (refer Figure
       9, below). While this land remains in the Community Facilities Zone, it is evident that the
       current zoning has been overtaken by events, at least in part.

       There remains an area of land to the northeast and east that is not included within the Weyba
       Nature Reserve, including the subject land. It is expected that the current zoning of this land
       is not likely to change in the future, in order to cater for an identified community need for the
       expansion of the existing landfill, subject to a further development approval.
