       With respect to the overlay codes the following are most relevant having regard to the subject
       land:
           • Acid sulfate soils overlay code;
           • Biodiversity, waterways and wetlands code;
           • Bushfire hazard overlay code; and
           • Flooding overlay code.

       Overlay Codes

       It is noted that under part 1.5 of the planning scheme and the hierarchy of assessment
       benchmarks, overlays prevail over zone codes, use codes and other development codes to the
       extent of any consistency.
