RE: PROPOSED OPERATIONAL WORKS APPLICATION FOR DUAL
    OCCUPANCY LOT AT 6 MARGIT CRESCENT, SUNRISE BEACH
    FOR SUNSHINE ENTERPRISES PTY LTD (QLD)
    REFERENCE 2196

With reference to the above-mentioned project, please find enclosed the Operational
Works Application for the development in relation to Council’s Decision Notice.

The designs submitted with this application has been prepared in accordance with Council’s
Planning Scheme Policy for Engineering Design Standards (SC6.7), and in accordance with
the conditions of the higher order approval MCU22/0060.

Enclosed herewith are the following documentation / comments for assessment of the
Operational Works Application:
    This covering letter, including:
       - Document Transmittal Register
    Completed eDevelopment Application Form
    Completed DA Form 1
    Electronic copies (A3 size) of the Civil Operational Works Design Drawings by
       Barlow Shelley Consulting Engineers,
    Electronic copies of the Design Drawings by others (I.e Landscaping)

Upon Council’s confirmation of the fee and issue of a tax invoice, payment of the fee
indicated in the eDevelopment Application Form will be made accordingly.

Based on the information provided in this application, we respectfully request that Council
proceed with the assessment and approval of the proposed development in full.
Your earliest attention to assessing this application will be highly appreciated.
