The report is intended to support the development application seeking approval for a Material Change of Use and Operational Works. The proposal covers a site area of 582m2 and is currently has a residential dwelling. It is proposed that the development would consist of a single, two storey building with three separate residential units on the first floor and office space on the ground floor.
