EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This report has been commissioned by Ribarja Property to support the Development Application
for the proposed medical centre development on land located at Hofmann Drive, Noosaville.

This report addresses the following Engineering aspects of the proposed development:

          Topography
          Flooding
          Stormwater Quality Management
          Stormwater Quantity Management.


Issue D of this report has been prepared to address the outstanding matters notice from Noosa
Shire Council dated 2 July 2019.
