In relation to the abovementioned development application (MCU22/0067) and Council’s Decision Notice

applicant is suspending the appeal period in accordance with s.32 of the Development Assessment Rules
2017.

Council is advised that representations in relation to the Conditions of the Decision Notice will be submitted
