APPEAL NO. D144 OF 2019
We act for the appellant in these proceedings.
Pursuit to s230(3) of the Planning Act 2016 (the Act), we give you notice that the appellants have
appealed against the decision of the respondent as particularised in, and on the grounds set out, in the
attached Notice of Appeal filed in the Planning and Environment Court at Maroochydore on 4
September 2019.
Take further notice that pursuant to s14(1)(b) of the Planning and Environment Court Rules 2018 as
assessment manager, you are a respondent for the appeal and are entitled to be heard as a party to the
appeal. If you wish to be heard on the appeal, you must, within 10 days after being served with a copy of
the Notice of Appeal, file an Entry of Appearance in the approved form, and serve a copy of the Entry of
Appearance on each other party to the appal.
