    4    LEVEL OF SERVICE CATALOGUE 2019-20
         Council Resolution
         Moved:           Cr Jurisevic
         Seconded:        Cr Wilkie
         That Council note the report by the Chief Executive Officer to the Special Meeting dated
         28 June 2019 regarding the Level of Service Catalogue and:
         A.   Adopt the Level of Service Catalogue 2019/20 (as provided at Attachment 1 to the
              report) for the purpose of identifying the levels of service for each of the identified
              service categories.
         B.   Authorise the CEO to make necessary updates to the Catalogue to reflect the
              adopted 2019/20 budget.

    5    STATEMENT OF ESTIMATED FINANCIAL POSITION FOR THE 2018-19 FINANCIAL
         YEAR

         Seconded:        Cr Wilkie
         That Council note the report by the Manager Financial Services to the Special Meeting
         dated 28 June 2019 and pursuant to section 205 of the Local Government Regulation
         2012, note the Statement of Estimated Financial Position for the 2018/19 Financial Year
         which is provided as Attachment 1 to the report.

    6    ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE
         Council Resolution
         Moved:           Cr Stockwell
         Seconded:        Cr Jackson
         That Council note the report by the Chief Executive Officer to the Special Meeting dated
         28 June 2019 and adopt the Noosa Council Organisational Structure as set out in
         Attachment 1 to the report.
