        Seconded:          Cr Jackson
        That pursuant to section 94 of the Local Government Act 2009 and section 80 of the
        Local Government Regulation 2012, Council resolves to levy the differential general
        rates for the 2019/20 financial year as set out in the Revenue Statement contained in the
        Noosa Council 2019/20 Budget document (provided as Attachment 1 to the Special
        Meeting report dated 28 June 2019).

        That pursuant to section 81 of the Local Government Regulation 2012, Council resolves
        that the rating categories of rateable land in its local government area and a description
        of each of the rating categories for 2019/20, be as follows:

         1. Rural & Agricultural.   Land used, or intended to be used, for      Land with the following
