RE: Public Notification for Development Application No. MCU19/0011; at 29 Eumundi Noosa Rd, Noosaville

I advise that public notification has been completed for the application for a Development Permit for Material Change of Use – Industrial Business – Type 1 Warehouse; & Type 2 Production, Alteration, Repackaging, & Repairing (Low Impact Industry & Service Industry) at 29 Eumundi Noosa Rd, Noosaville; in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 4 of the Development Assessment Rules.

Please find attached the Notice of compliance with public notification requirements.

Please also find attached photos of the public notice erected on the premises on the two road frontages being Eumundi Noosa Rd, and Gibson Rd.  Notices to the adjoining owners were sent to the properties as per the list provided by Council (2 adjoining properties).
