Re: Development situated at 6-10 Diamond Street, COOROY, QLD 4563 described as Lots 703, 704 and
705 on C 5602; Request for a Material Change of Use and Reconfiguration of a Lot.

In relation to the abovementioned property, on behalf of Heritage Motel Investments Pty Ltd we hereby
submit a Material Change of Use application in accordance with the Planning Act 2016.

Please find enclosed the following documentation to facilitate Councils assessment of the submission:

             DA Form 1;
             Owners Consent; and
             The Town Planning Report and relevant supporting Appendices.

Once receipt of the application has been confirmed we will organise payment of the application. Please
confirm the appropriate fee.
