Hi Julia

Although the decision making period has officially expired, the applicant has not indicated they are willing to accept the alternative under the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 of a 'deemed refusal'.

Therefore the application is still current, with the applicant still collating all the information to present back to Council for review. This information will be loaded onto PDOnline as soon as it is presented. Council will then thoroughly assess the additional information and provide a report back to Councillors. No details about timing can be predicted as of yet.

If you require any further information about the application, please do not hesitate to call.

Will the council planners consider the new information and respond?

If that's the case, will the new information and your response be shown on the Council website?

Is that likely to happen before the December council meeting?
