           4.2    Additional hazards

           There are two additional potential hazards, local to The Oasis precinct, which could impede any
           evacuation from The Oasis, or could increase the risk of bushfire impact on the community.

           These hazards are:
                  a.     Origin LPG storage tanks;
                  b.     Noosa Golf waste vegetation pile.

           The location of these potential hazards, in relation to Oasis Drive and the Potential Bushfire
           Intensity zones, is shown in the two maps below.
