Please find attached an application for Operational Works – Non-Standard Driveway
crossover for the above site. On behalf of our clients, Bold Properties, and the
owners, John & Olivia Demnar, we request Council carry out an assessment and
approval for the proposed driveway against the Noosa Shire Council Planning
Scheme and Sustainable Planning Act 2017.

The driveway crossover width is 6.0m at the boundary with tapers exceeding 6.0m at
the kerb.
