In accordance with section 13.2 of the Development Assessment Rules, we wish to advise that the applicant is providing all of the information requested. The following attachment is enclosed within this response: • Attachment 1 –Revised Site and Car Parking Plan prepared by RG Strategic. Information Required by Council 1. Provide a dimensioned plans of any new or reconfigured carparking areas. Please note that the dimensions of the spaces (passenger, service and scooters) must be in accordance with the relevant Australian Standard. Applicant’s Response Please refer to the Revised Site and Car Parking Plan, version 3, dated 1/7/2022, prepared by RG Strategic and enclosed within Attachment 1.
