Hi Clint,
I can confirm that there should be an ‘OR’ between AO22.1 and AO22.2. Accordingly we will accept an application for an Exemption certificate.
Please let me know if you have any queries.
Regards
Patrick

Subject: Noosa 2020 Planning Scheme Enquiry - Landslide Overlay C.M
Good afternoon,
Can you please clarify/confirm if the following Assessment benchmark AO22.1 in relation to landslide hazard mapping can be satisfied by
a slope stability report stating the site is low or very low risk?
The way it is currently written it automatically triggers a development application if located in the landslide mapping.
We believe this provision is supposed to read AO22.1 OR AO22.2 OR AO22.3 similar to the landslide provisions in the sunshine coast regional
council (see below). These Acceptable outcomes for this performance outcome are written almost identical and we believe they were
done this way to achieve the same outcome.
Can you please provide written advice and confirmation this performance outcome (PO22) can be satisfied by obtaining a site-specific
slope stability assessment by a geotech engineer complying with AO22.3?
