Itwould appear that Noosa Council have overstepped their authority in relation to water servicing of this property as the property is not within Unitywater’s
water supply connection areas (Current, Future or Restricted). Unitywater has considered the request for inclusion in the connection area and provided
the response that Unitywater is not supportive of this at this time.

Perhaps it may be beneficial to discuss with Noosa Council in relation to any consultation it may have had with Unitywater to establish the expectation
and conditional requirement for water supply connection to Unitywater’s water supply network as part of Noosa Council's approval.
