Council has completed a final inspection and noticed that there is a boat lifting device attached to your Jetty and contrary to the attached Decision Notice, specifically condition 13 as per below.



13.     No boatlifting devices are to be attached or moored at the jetty structure for the purpose of elevating a vessel above the water without Council approval.

Please either remove the boat lifting device to comply with the current approval or lodge a further approval (Operational Works - $1523) to gain approval for the boat lift.
