4.2       Topography
The site was located on sand dune with an overall slope of about 10° to 12° dipping to the southwest (as
illustrated in Text Figure 6 below).

The existing residence was sited on a levelled building pad with cut and fill estimated, by visual appraisal, to
be up to about 1.5 m deep/high.
