RE APPLICATION NUMBER ... MCU10/2083
I wish to inform you of my OBJECTION to planning application MCU10/2083.
1. We already have many restaurants, fast food outlets etc in this
immediate area.
2. There are many empty shop sites in the Noosaville area and restaurants
are having a struggle to stay open in these hard times.
3. The surrounding residential area will suffer with noise, traffic and extra
litter and rubbish which is already a huge problem in this area.
4. Skipper Place is a small residential road and extra traffic in this street
would cause huge traffic congestion close to an already very busy
roundabout.
I object strongly to this unnecessary Development and Noosa Plan
Rezoning.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Re application number MCU10/2083
I would like to object to this planning application for the following
reasons.
1. This is a residential area and the extra noise and traffic around this
area would be unfair for the residents living in this vicinity.
2. There are already problems late at night from transient people
making a nuisance of themselves after drinking at the villa noosa.
3. There are already enough food outlets nearby and the restaurant
trade on Gympie Terrace would be adversely affected.
4. There is already a problem in this area at busy times with too
much traffic.
