In accordance with Section 32.4 of the Development Assessment Rules and on behalf of Seymour Leisure Pty
Ltd Trustee under Instrument 721580393 (the ‘Applicant’) we wish to give notice that the Applicant has
elected to stop the current period, being the information response period.

The Applicant’s information response period is currently stopped for a period of 30 business days to 10
September 2025. The Applicant wishes to extend this period by another 30 business days to 22 October 2025.

The Applicant previously stopped a current period for this development application and therefore a period of
up to 100 business days is currently available as per Section 32.6 of the Development Assessment Rules.
