The site foreman is to monitor the performance of all construction activities and any departure from the Construction
Monitoring Management Plan control measures is to be immediately rectified.
Responsible The site foreman is to be responsible for all inspections and maintenance of the Construction Management Plan.
Person
The site foreman is to complete the Construction Management Plan Diary (including Environmental Diary for sediment
control) on a weekly basis os a minimum, but also after every significant rainfall event (which causes site runoff) or
other special event affecting the site or any watercourses traversing the site. The Construction Management Plan Diary
Reporting lin conjunction with the Environmental Diary) shall be completed and delivered to the Superintendent for record and audit
purposes with each progress claim for the construction works.
Corrective The site foreman is to arrange all corrective actions, controls and rectification activities, and report on all measures
