Diamond Lane The development of the site will increase traffic movements along Diamond Lane and the applicant is required to provide improvements. The improvements will consist of frontage works to address drainage and a passing opportunity similar to that applied to the adjoining development. The passing opportunity can be co-located with the proposed access driveway. Parking The submitted plans indicate that each future building will include a 6m wide (double) garage but no architectural plans have been provided. The plans also include 2 visitor spaces located parallel to the access driveway between the units. The applicant must demonstrate the proposed carparking is functional and in accordance with the relevant standards.
