5.5m, effective length of 10m and an overall length of 18m.
8 Provide amended plans that:

(a) provide for the number of spaces on-site as required by the Planning
Scheme and also compensate for any loss of on-street parking

(b) demonstrate that the proposed garaging and carspaces are in accordance
with AS/NZS2890.1:2004 with sufficient area for vehicles to access the site
and space in a forward gear, manoeuvre from the space and exit the site in a
forward gear in a total of 3 movements. The plans must include the
dimensions of garages, spaces and aisles together with swept path
diagrams.
