In accordance with section 17.2 of the Development Assessment Rules, ADVERTISING CONTRACTORS intends to start
the public notification required under section 17.1 on Wednesday, 1st April 2020.

At this time, I can advise that I intend to publish notice of the application in the ‘Noosa News’ newspaper which circulates
within the subject site area on Tuesday, 31st March 2020

Place a notice on the premises in the way prescribed under the Development Assessment Rules on the frontage to Russell
Street, Noosavile on Tuesday, 31st March 2020;

Ethos Urban will notify the owners of all lots adjoining the premises the subject of the application by Registered Post on
Monday, 30th March 2020.

Closing date for submissions: Tuesday, 28th April 2020
